Hot sauces are nice, and there are infinite varieties, some even that break away from the standard hot pepper and vinegar recipe, but I find them a little limited after a while. I discovered this
Brazilian Pirata garlic sauce a few years ago that I love. It doesn't have the overly strong taste or aroma of concentrated garlic--it's almost like a garlic creme sauce. And at under 2 bucks, it won't make your budget walk the plank.
